Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ZCC777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or otherwise uses the ZCC777 online gaming platform at https://zcc777.cam and any of its associated pages or services.

ZCC777 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. These Terms are written in English and constitute the entire legal agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between translations or summaries and this English-language document, the English version shall prevail.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, bonus or promotion, or by simply continuing to access the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, rules and policies set out herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Account Eligibility

• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with this Platform or any gaming regulatory body that would prohibit you from gambling.
• Personal Use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party. Using the Platform to facilitate bets or transactions for others is prohibited.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different email addresses, names or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any changes.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or security codes with any third party. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ZCC777 support immediately at [email protected]. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• KYC Verification: The Platform reserves the right to request identity documents (such as a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and payment method ownership) at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the ZCC777 platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis strictly for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree that you will use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. ZCC777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or continuous availability of any particular game, market or feature. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability without prior notice.

All content displayed on the Platform — including game results, odds, statistics and account balances — is presented in good faith based on data provided by third-party game suppliers and sports data feeds. ZCC777 accepts no liability for inaccuracies in third-party data beyond its reasonable control.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are accepted through payment methods made available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and applicable fees are determined by the operator and may change without prior notice. Users should check the live cashier before transacting.

Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT) may appear in the cashier for context. None of these providers officially endorse or support gambling transactions. Users must verify current availability and compliance with provider terms independently. The Platform makes no guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available.

• Currency: Account balances are displayed in the currency selected at registration, which may include Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where supported by the operator. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are set by the operator or payment processor and are the user's responsibility.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. The Platform may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to recover such amounts, suspend the associated account and refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. The Platform reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal, particularly where AML obligations or account activity patterns require further review.

• Identity Match: Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification, including identity and proof-of-address documentation, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Submitting documentation early helps avoid delays.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested from the affected portion of your balance. Withdrawing prior to completion may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All promotions are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits attributable to bonus play.

• One Bonus Per User: Promotional offers are limited to one per user, household, IP address or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Circumventing this restriction is a breach of these Terms.
• No Guaranteed Returns: Bonuses do not guarantee winnings. ZCC777 does not make any representation that bonuses will result in a net profit or financial return.
• Platform Discretion: The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Previously credited bonus funds may be removed where terms have been breached.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the ZCC777 sports betting interface are subject to the Platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules applicable at the time of wagering. Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series — are among the most actively covered, alongside football, UFC, esports and other global sports.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until an on-screen confirmation reference is generated. Bets placed during system latency, odds fluctuation or within any restricted pre-event window may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• Obvious Errors: The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether arising from a manual entry error, data feed error or technical fault. Bets placed with knowledge of an obvious error may be voided and associated profits withheld.
• Abandoned or Suspended Events: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or suspended before the relevant market result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's sport-specific rules, which typically provide for void/refund treatment.
• Casino Game Results: All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — are determined by the game provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer process. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the event.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploiting bonus loopholes, using software to circumvent wagering requirements or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, make decisions or interact with the Platform in a manner not conducted by a live human user.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or extract funds derived from illegal activity. The Platform applies full AML/KYC procedures and cooperates with relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have, or have reason to believe there is, insider knowledge of a pre-determined outcome.

Account Suspension & Closure

ZCC777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by the Platform.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity as described in Section 11.
• A court order or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account action.
• The user's request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

On closure of an account in good standing where no Terms breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZCC777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions or delays caused by events outside the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures or force majeure events.
• Any legal consequences arising from a user's decision to access or use the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access where the user has not followed reasonable security practices.

Nothing in this Section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ZCC777 platform — including but not limited to the ZCC777 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ZCC777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publish or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of ZCC777.

Privacy & Data

ZCC777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC/AML compliance), customer support, fraud prevention and, where applicable, legal compliance. Your data is not sold to third-party marketers.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users are reminded that this may differ from the laws of Pakistan, and that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently apply to their use of the Platform.

ZCC777 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing this Platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

Amendments to These Terms

ZCC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through on-site notifications, account messaging or email where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the document was most recently updated.
